I made my purchase in 9/27/25 and still have not received my purchase. Tracking said it was delivered and it was not. Sent messages after saying that I would receive my package within 1-2 days. That was almost two weeks ago and still no response. I saw that the ratings were great and I waited for a response thinking that there would be resolution. So Sorry about the shipping complications. We fixed the shipping sizes for the orders so that we will have no complications in the near future. We’re so sorry about this.
