I'm sorry the card was damaged in transit to you. a refund was done and apologize for the inconvenience. oh thank you for understanding. STAY CLEAR!!! Won an ascended etb and he was immediately angry and threatened to rip it open unless I paid more for shipping. did more spins, won another item (which he complained about), then I left. Received a threatening message that my etb was going to be ripped open unless I paid more shipping. Went back into stream, purchased more spins to increase my paid shipping, won more items (which of course he did not like). Then I purchased from the shop extra shipping fees as well. Package was shipped but then got lost being returned to him (according to my post master), for lack of paid shipping fees. Now all I get is an "I'm sorry" and a refund offered. NO I want the items I won. If anyone looks back at the reviews, apparently I am not the only one that has had similar issues. SO BUYERS BEWARE!!! You win big, you'll have your items threatened and chances are, not even receive them!!! I know it's frustrating but your order was shipped securely and completely. unfortunately , the post office misplace or loss your package. i will never get angry or hostel to any buyer or viewer in my shows. if I made you feel like that I apologize. i never want anyone to feel uncomfortable or threaten. thank you for your support and have a great day. had to upgrade to ship my etb instead it was ripped and mailed Very happy with the items Everything arrived in good condition!
