We are saddened to see this & believe this misunderstanding is that you expected to receive cards from all of your spots - even though they did not come out of the box break stream, you had ‘Zoo & Brave/Hercules/Turning Red’ for £2. B,H&TR are extremely RARE cards to pull! :( We can assure you we sort & ship every card accordingly & include your packing slip with ticks/crosses dependent on whether your spot received any cards. We know it can be disappointing :( We added extras for the unfortunate luck.
