I reached out in an email to him before I made any review. He said he was sorry and he would refund me my money and he has not yet to do so this has been about three weeks now. Will forever shop kollection closet Clothes were more than gently used with pilling present. Clothes smelled. Definitely not Disney quality clothes. One of the items was missing the whole zipper on the jacket in the front so it is very visible and noticeable. These are not lightly used items. I love your shows!
