You are so welcome. Thank you for shopping with me! 🖤 Customer service was very good but some things to note. Ordered on the 7th and didn’t ship out until the 10th. Then it got stuck at the sellers local usps distribution center for another week. Didn’t actually get delivered until the 20th. 2 weeks after purchase. I had to call 3 times to try and find where my package was and when it would arrive. Seller informed me this has happened before with her dist. center. Seller cannot help usps delays but I had to do all the leg work to try and get them to find/ get my package moving. Packaging was ok. Nothing broke but as a seller more care could have been taken to protect items. If the box would’ve gotten smushed at all, they would have broke. Items came exactly as described and were a good deal. Overall I was happy with the purchase but definitely could have went smoother. kristi_abbys_acres_rural_findsSeller
Hi. I’m sorry again for the delays with USPS. Did you see the message I sent. I was in contact with my local postmaster through out for all of the packages. The package was shipped within the timeframe set by Whatnot as well. I’m glad you are happy with the purchase and I’m sorry you’re unhappy with how it was packaged. I do appreciate you recognizing that I have no control over USPS shipping. My local office sent it next day, but the Wisconsin distribution center is EXTREMELY slow. Hi there-
I wish there was more I could do about shipping costs, but unfortunately USPS sets the costs based on weight of item and location being shipped to. To reduce the cost of shipping, Whatnot bundles the items and reduces shipping with each item. Usually after the second or third item in an order, depending on weight, the rest of the items aren’t charged a shipping cost. You’re also able to see what shipping will cost for each item prior to purchasing. I’m glad they arrived safely and that you are happy with the plates! 😁 All items were even more beautiful in person.
