Thank you so much❣️ Wanted to leave a warning ‼️ for anyone considering purchasing from this seller. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I chose to message her directly first, as I felt that was the respectful thing to do, regarding a bag I received that had a strong smoke smell that was not disclosed. She told me she doesn’t smoke and offered a refund, but then proceeded to block me before resolving the issue.
Before blocking me, she also said she felt like I had simply changed my mind about wanting the bag. As a reseller myself, if I simply changed my mind about an item, I would have no problem reselling it. However, I don’t feel comfortable reselling a bag with a smoke smell that I was not made aware of when purchasing.
Just wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. Please be aware and buy at your own risk! ‼️Ok hun, none of my stuff smells like smoke that live I sold items not just to you but to other sellers they never mentioned smoke?? No one smokes. I think you just wanted to keep the bag and get refund. Which you did. I asked you to return it no problem. But, a lot of buyers like to scam on here. And I think you were one of them. So I personally can’t have someone like that on my lives again. No one smokes in this household. I only had that bag for 4 days or 3. And it had no smell trust me if it smelt like “ smoke “ I would know and smell it while showing on live. lol. I’m very honest. Thank you!!!!😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
