It seems authentic but when we opened it it was dirty and the paint on the face clearly scratched off some. I wouldn’t mind that for $5, but not for $38. No way to know if this was just bought this way from retailer but yuck. XSB, I'm sorry that the product seems to not meet your standards. However, I assure you it was authentic. I presented in the live show that still had the original factory RMS plastic sealing on it, as well as the RMS logo on the front of the cardstock wraparound label, back of the cardstock wraparound label, and embossed on the bottom of the dumbpling container. It is a $5 retail item that you purchased for $38. I was more than generous waiting for you to fix your payment for an extended period.
