Later, I noticed differences in a Summer Fridays lip balm and used RED CHAT specifically so NO ONE else could see my question, out of respect for her business. Instead, I received a lengthy message about her “deep pockets” and being tired of having to defend or prove her products. Buyers have every right to ask authenticity questions, and ChatGPT cannot definitively authenticate cosmetics from photos or packaging alone. If you’re considering her Summer Fridays products, ask about the packaging and sourcing yourself and make your own informed decision. My issue is not that I asked a question, but how a respectful, private question from a supporting customer was handled.I’m extremely disappointed that you chose to write these reviews. I respectfully asked that concerns about individual products be brought to me privately rather than repeatedly questioned publicly during my live sales, as it was disruptive and affected the experience for everyone. To clarify, the person who accused me of selling fake Rhode was not a buyer, but a troll who entered the live to cause problems. Using that incident to question the integrity of my business is both unfair and misleading. I stand behind my business, my products, and my integrity. Shop with caution.
