The bag had more wear than shown, and both zipper pulls are not original. A 5% partial refund was requested to have a zipper pull added that actually matched the bag, but seller refused because they "could get more money for it." They did say they would approve a return. Not a great first purchase or impression. I love my large orange Fendi Bag.
