I messaged them multiple times about the situations and definitely made me feel not very important. I really was hoping they would have took it upon themselves to make this situation better. Both were shown in live, you sent me video receipt and it was clearly shown Recived fast and packaged well. Will recommend.. i knew they were used, but these shoes were soooo worn out there were holes in the top fabric, which of course wasnt what was shown on stream. if they would've shown the whole pair on them, I wouldn't have purchased. And that is an understatement. I did not bid on. I bid on the boots and did not get them and have yet been resolved.
