Reviews (29,952)Absolutely appalling win cards on spins and did not receive the cards they said they sent packs out as a apology but not received any think absolute jokes The slab had no protector and was scratched the cards were in good condition but it took over three weeks for the cards to reach me I won these items on the 17th of May, I waited for an update from the tracking and as time passed by I contacted lads and dads. not sure who responded to me but they blamed "royal snail". some more time passed and still no update, then I started reaching out to lads and dads on their Facebook posts, who ever was replying to my message was rude. Then I reached out in a tiktok stream and Charlotte , one of the managers, said to reach out to her and she will look in to it. to be fair to her she was wonderful, found my order the next day. She said there was an item missing and they were waiting for it to come in before my order would be shipped. I am very grateful for her help. As for lads and dads in general, I enjoyed the streams and didnt have issues with my previous 2 orders,but this last experience has left a bad taste and I will most likely avoid the streams. Good luck to your business. Last note, there was 1 item missing from this last order, I just couldn't figure out what it was. Initially concerned
as usually delivery quick with these guys.
Order made on 29th May.. no update until 12th June.. then arrived 13th June.
I did message, fast reply and clearly posted just another ROYAL MAIL issue.
Got it in the end though! Thanks. took weeks to arrive, bent singles all shoved in one sleeve. as other reviews suggest they went downhill and then disappeared from the platform. if only they'd have gone a day earlier I wouldn't have been able to buy! Took just over 2 weeks for my order to be shipped to me, only happened after multiple messages were sent and my patience had run out. Brilliant as always, good communication aswell. Waited a month for delivery! Cards loose in sleeves in cardboard envelope, no protection. Most expensive card missing from order. At time of sale they were moaning it went too cheap, then don’t send it! Pretty shitt*y way to treat customers. Thank you 🙏 I won two giveaways and received two bulk cards today, quick delivery 🚚 The card was sent bare in its package so a total waste of £4 which was actually £6.23 after shipping and it had no sleeve and has gained so much whitening and scratches on the back from being left in the packaging with no outer protection.
