I ordered an X-Large and a medium and received a large and a bitty bag. Bands were poorly packaged. They were dirty and smashed when arriving. No stuffing to help hold their shape. They are definitely used! I see from other reviews this is common practice. She wants me to pay for shipping to send them back. I am definitely reporting this one and I have never complained about a seller. The Deacription says it is a Baby Bogg Bag (medium size). it is not. It is the Bitty Bogg Bag (small size). I would not have bought it if I knew it was so small. Great seller! Fast shipping. Amazing product 💕 Everything came in pristine condition! I love every flat back so cute!
