Great brooches, packaged well, many thanks x I have bought before from Tracy and always got on well and left good reviews. I got my latest order and sent her a message saying I was disappointed. That’s all; never asked for a refund. She sent me a message back saying she would replace some of it and I’m sure we could have met in the middle. But she changed her name and then blocked me!!!
