Seller claims things are authentic or like new condition. My items were stained and very dirty and shoes were clearly a fake. It’s sad that this app has scammers who will do anything for a freebie. A buyer purchased an Alo jacket, Free People earrings, Gucci espadrilles, and Givenchy sandals. The shoes were brand new with receipts, the earrings still had tags, and the Alo jacket only had a scratched button that I missed but was visible during the live. I still apologized and refunded the jacket.
Then the buyer tried to claim the shoes were fake, though they were authentic and came with receipts. Whatnot reviewed the claim and denied it. It’s frustrating when someone pays only $20 for high-quality and is a liar Didn’t mention that has a bleach stain :( I wish you would have messaged me and shown me a picture if I missed something I would have gladly credited you back.
