Reviews (48)Seller clearly stated on Auctions shipping is capped at $9.21 and they would mail me the difference charged over $9.21. That never happened and they blocked me. Stay far away. Dishonest.I did not have reduced or free shipping and never stated so. This guy thinks he should only pay $9.21 for almost 40 lbs of merchandise. I did block him because of harassment.
