Figs arrived in excellent condition and well packaged. Thanks! Sent a $400 fig in a paper envelope without wrapping a single thing in bubblewrap despite agreeing to take extra care before the sale. Parts were lost and damaged during transit. Seller operated in bad faith throughout resolution including requesting that I submit a duplicate (and therefore fraudulent) claim with USPS.
Ultimately, after trying to escape responsibility or refund half the damage, I was able to get a rounded-down partial refund to pay for the parts that were lost/damaged from Bricklink.
There is fundamentally a character flaw in play here so order at your own risk.I’m sorry this order didn’t arrive as expected. I did package the item in a padded mailer and separated components, but it appears damage occurred during transit.
I worked with the buyer to resolve the issue and issued a partial refund to cover the replacement cost of the affected parts. I’m also updating my packaging process for higher-value items to make sure this doesn’t happen again The effort really showed when the figs arrived in the best packaging.
