Reviews (25,091)Just some scratches, hasn’t been used for long. Great little laptop! BUYERS BEWARE, BUYERS BEWARE, BUYERS BEWARE...Purchased a Lenovo Notebook.. Purchased the right charger for it. Turned it on, most of the keys didn't work and then it turned off, I messaged seller. Seller instructs me to send video to a phone number on the box. I sent a video and got no response, so I send another video showing the issues. The seller then requested original video. I relay to them I already deleted it plus I already sent a video of the problem. They respond saying we just need a video. I tell them I already send one and relay to them that it won't even turn on now and not one response since then.. The seller acted like I got a good deal by saying ouch because of the price I won it for.. I literally purchased a piece of garbage Now the thing won't even charge and have heard nothing from them.. I do not recommend buying anything from these people. They say customers are important but have yet offered a replacement or anything to fix this issue . BUYERS BEWARE love my pop socket....... Item broken differently getting help always get amazing deals with them, package always packed just right 😊♥️ So far so good with the laptops. Thank you! Everything arrived just as expected, was delivered fast as well. Defective. Didn’t come with mouse or keyboard so I had to buy one and it still would not pair to the iMac in order to set it up. Chromebooks work great!!! well they said they would send me a free charger if I left a comment and a five-star review, so here's your comment! Great people to work with. I had my order in just days. Thank you CRYSTAL device works and came in bubble wrap. no charger but they stated that so everything is a expected Five star product and shipping T.Y for the gigantic givvy…appreciate it! good working laptop for less than 30 thi was a awesome deal + fast shipping! definitely recommend this show !
