I appreciate your order! :) it was brand new but still has a faded look not a faded look that's meant to be. the pastel colors were definitely not vibrant as the set we have from Little Sleepies but this version does seem to be good quality but it has not been washed yet. delivery was ridiculous long about a month before receiving. I’m sorry you were not happy with your purchase. I did my best. I’m sorry that I didn’t notice any faded look to the print. Eventhough I do ship next day, I have no control over USPS. I did check the tracking often and when it was late I kept in communication with you trying to keep you updated on what I could find out. I’m sorry you felt it was expensive, I try to keep a fair but lower than more experienced resellers. Even though it wasn’t what you expected, I do appreciate your order. Thank you for your review. You may not have been present when I mentioned as I do every live that the crinkle sounds of the packaging that the bamboo come in bother my ears. That is why I take everything out of their package and hang them up. I feel like the zip loc gallon bags protect the items better than the original packaging. I do my best to present the items as accurately as I can and package them as securely as I can so noting happens to your items as I really appreciate every order.
