Hi there! I actually did not take “a very long time to ship”. You placed an order on a holiday weekend. The post office was closed on Monday as well for the holiday. I shipped your order first thing Tuesday morning. I have no messages from you at all so I think you have me confused with another seller. I always respond as soon as I am able. You received new in box shoes for 75% off retail value shipped the very next available business day for the post office, so I don’t believe your overall 2-star rating is fair at all.
