Absolutely appalling experience.
I received an empty box with absolutely nothing inside and quite rightly requested a refund.
Instead of simply dealing with the issue, I was sent a rude message accusing me of fraud. Seriously? I wouldn’t commit fraud over such a small amount of money, and I certainly don’t expect to be accused of it when I’m reporting that my parcel arrived empty.
If this is how customers are treated when there’s a genuine problem, I definitely won’t be using this seller again. The item was missing , I asked for a refund. It really isn’t that complicated.Hi, thanks for your review.
No way was you sent an empty box. And if you were, why didn’t you contact us as we would have resent the items but instead you went crying to Whatnot for a refund. Like YOU said in your reply after I messaged you, ‘its happened before with other sellers’ Clearly you’re a regular refunder!
We check all our parcels by taking photos before sealing. Your items included a CMF and a polybag which is what the Whatnot randomiser chose as your items from the Lego Surprise Set.
