Tissue culture came almost completely melted. No help from seller. Very disappointed to say the least After reaching out to the Seller because I was on vacation when these arrived. Within an hour of delivery they were inside, opened, and spread out individually on the table and the counter. Not in direct sunlight but with ample lighting. When I arrived home I found several had melted almost completely. Of course it was a day after the time period to submit a support request. I reached out to the seller and he proceeded to question everything I said and refused to do anything about the damaged tissue cultures. They were 3 identical cultures that had melted so who knows how long they were in his inventory. I realize that a little melting is expected but these were beyond saving. Will never buy from him again. Rude and terrible customer service. There are much better sellers out there. Do better Great product and fast shipping. My babies are doing great specially the monstera 😻 great care taken as always! Always satisfied with my orders!!! Thank you for the givvy! So excited to see my philodendrons grow! Thank you so much!
