Hi Ellen, I’m sorry you had shipping issue. Condensation can occur during shipping due to temp changes and overwater the plant. I never received a message to address the issue or I could have sent a replacement, credit next purchase or filed a claim. It’s unfortunate I wasn’t given the opportunity. Take care. I feel bad because the plant arrived dead and when I say that I’m sorry to say that because you wrapped them so nicely, you made sure he had plenty of water, but I think you overwatered them because he was rotten. I have him sitting in the sun right now, hopefully he’ll come back, but it doesn’t look good. I don’t know what happened though when you showed them on the auction he look beautiful and all the leaves were mushy and the plant itself the dirt. Everything was wet and mushy. I’m trying to dry him out a bit, but it doesn’t look good. It was a coleus. I could tell from the leaves by looking at them shape, wise and a little bit of color, but it looks like he’s dead and I can’t explain why I feel bad for the plant. You are quite welcome hon! 💚 Disappointed and dissatisfied with my purchase due to some of plants were soggy because they have too much water and wrapped with too much plastic. I lost some of my money and my plants. A week after, I went through every video to make labels and that’s when I realized I was also missing plants. After contacting the seller right after receiving the order, the answer was is normal that the plants will loose some leaves. I can understand some leaves can fell off but this leaves were rotten and smelly. After a week realizing my missing plants I contacted them again and they said I was out of my window and mistakes happens. My only mistake was not making the claim right away, thinking that they will solved the problem. Wrong! They didn’t solved anything as soon as I contacted them neither the week after. Lost my $, my 🪴and my precious time trusting them. I didn’t wanted my money back, I wanted my 🪴. If mistakes happen and y’all realized that 5 plants weren’t send, why you didn’t send them?Hi Lauren. We spoke about this matter. After 5-6 days you said all 7 plants died. I can’t do much after such a long period past delivery. I advised you to file a claim for the plant that actually looked dead, a day after. You chose not to do so. I pack every plant the same and some just don’t do well. I wanted to help, offered a couple solutions, but can’t make the claim for you. Nor can I issue a refund not knowing how plants were cared for, 5 days later. You waited to say there were missing plants, at that time, too. It came off looking suspicious. Thus, I was unable to help you further. I’m so dissatisfied with this seller. They way the wrapped everything with too much plastic and too much water it made some of the leaves soggy and smelly, like rotten spinach. I’ve contact the seller and send pictures, she said that sometimes the leaves with fall off do to the traveling. I have ordered from many other sellers and had no problems. Which I suggest them to use paper bags instead of so much plastic. Well, communication didn’t went that well. A week after I’m going trough the videos to make labels and double check on that order because I had a hunch that I was missing some plants. Yes, I was. Contact the seller again and said it’s too late because it has been a week now and people makes mistakes. 😳 I lost my $ buying plants that didn’t arrived and others that didn’t survived because they were rotten. I won’t trust or support this seller anymore. Sadly I have to do this review and tell the truth. I don’t like to talk negative things, I’ve tried to talk to them and fix this. Thank you so much! She was packaged beautifully and she is perfect! Thank you!!!
