Reviews (73)Box reeks of cigarette smoke front was cloudy and figure had a brown stain on shirt not what picture shown 1. I clean everything as much as possible before it’s shipped out. There was no “cloudiness” when it was shipped.
2. The “stain” is a painting error from the company, making your figure, most probably, more uncommon.
3. When you submitted a claim you didn’t give me a solitary minute to respond. You complained about a box being torn in the corner that you were actively prying open yourself in a picture.
4. I overpacked your $4 order with ultimate care. Your figure was wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a box that was then inside a SECOND box. The boxes alone are worth more than what you paid. Great seller! Awesome item!!

The spindles did not hold the CD in place so it bounced around during shipping which probably created more scratches on the surface.
And the CDs weren’t in horrible shape, but they definitely are going to need a buff.

Maybe it was just a mishap.I do apologize! I just checked the listing and I wrote in the listing that there was “sun damage” (a different seller once stated that what I thought was water damage was actually sun damage). From now on, I’ll write “sun or water damage” and try to be more specific. The spindles, it’s possible I overlooked. Again, my apologies. The CDs are in much better condition than I expected—the scratches are very faint. The only real issue was the packaging. They were shipped in a huge mailer bag with no protection at all. Of course, USPS crushed the hell out of them. Thank God the discs made it intact, but the cases are in pretty bad shape. Other than that, I’m 100% happy with the purchase and will definitely buy from you again.I apologize. A different buyer stated that I used too much protection so I tried to cut back - and I clearly cut too far back. I’ll do my best to find a happy medium.
