this is just terrible . please don't ever sell anyone a unsafe product again super inconsiderate to send something ground advantage and like the most tight fitting packaging obviously you know that's why the eyeshadow palette arrived here broken and expired and rancid and I'm so mad right now I hope nobody else has to go through this ever again please don't do this to anybody else. if I could give zero stars I wouldI made every effort to handle this matter professionally, but unfortunately I was not given the opportunity to do so. Your negative review was left within minutes before I could make this situation right or offer any other resolution. My listing was transparent and clearly described the item, with photos provided. The palette was bubble-wrapped and shipped in a padded envelope. Unfortunately, it was damaged during transit, which was beyond my control. I feel this feedback is unjust, as I was not afforded the chance to make the situation right. I truly wish I had been given that opportunity. My daughter loved both jewelry items!! Fast delivery and packaged very nicely! Great seller!!
