I completely understand your frustration. I haven’t had any other complaints regarding my packaging or cards arriving damaged, so unfortunately it looks like this one may have been damaged in transit with Royal Mail. I’ll still take the feedback on board and add extra protection going forward. Appreciate the feedback and hope you understand.
