Deep scratches all over the casing, the blower fan was filthy with dirt implying that it had been used and heavy green corrosion on both of the battery terminals. Very disappointing and hard lesson learned. Great deal. Product was in great condition. It took some extra time, about 6 business days, for it to ship. Other than that, perfect! happy overall, batteries are like new if not new was good usps was late on shipping but seller not at fault Tool was broken but advertised as like new condition. I didn't notice it when the sale was live but there was a sticker on the box that said "broke". The host peeled it off and handed it to his camera man, no one said anything about it being broken. Super deceiving... Now that it's past the 14 days, I can't get my money back.
