Received items box was damaged and items had fallen out of the box,so I do not receive my full order and one was damaged. I contacted them ask them if they would replace the missing ones they told me they would take care of it. I tried to contact them again for an up date and they blocked me. Why? I don’t know. Just because of a mishap in shipping? Then they told me they would take care of it? Very disappointed Shipping was a nightmare. A previous label was left on the box which had it going back and forth from TX to CO over and over. I finally had to get the post office involved. I finally received the package only to find that one of the sets wasn't even wrapped so of course it was in a million pieces. always remove previous labels and balconies. and make sure everything is wrapped for mailing. The cup at the top of my package was smashed, the box wasn’t square it was rounded at the top to fit around the cup. Other items delivered okay. Nice items.
