Very happy with purchases of books, i would recommend posting in boxes or with bubble wrap. Unfortunately all hardback books came with damaged due to shipping in a single bag. I would purchase again if better postage is possible. Lovely sellers So sorry about this, we have changed our packaging and have got more protection to prevent this from happening, hope to see you back soon 💗 I have ordered 7 lots of books with this seller on the same evening, I had to pay for shipping for all 7 of them. some arrived in cardboard boxes and were fine, some other arrived in just grey letter bags and were damaged on the way. by paying shipping for all the books separetely, I would have expected them to be safely packaged. a bit upset about that.We are very sorry that this happened, this was our first ever stream and didn’t realise everyone would be charged more then once for shipping!
This has now been resolved and won’t happen again, packaging has also been upgraded, so we hope to see you back again! perfect thankyou so much looking forward to reading x
