Reviews (356)hair all over what i had bought, the elastic was coming out. the print was tearing apart. threw the item directly in the trash… smh.. everything was broken, the massager doesn't work and it smelled of ointment..all scuffed up, not brand new like she said... absolutely the worst experience I've had on this platform, I'm disgusted!!! nothing was packed properly, the box wasn't even taped up correctly, the mail carrier had to hold the box together just to get it to my door ... everything is going to the trash!!!!!! never buy from this person again, smhsorry to hear you didn’t like your items.. I would have gladly worked with you to fix any issues you had, had you reached out. the package was packed as best as I could get it due to having to use a bigger box so you didn’t have to wait for your items I do apologize for that I tapped the box the proper way so I’m not sure how the tape got messed up. Your wooden risers were plastic wrapped so I’m unsure of how they got broken and the massager was new in the box so unsure on what happened there either again I’m sorry you had a bad experience but I would have most definitely fixed any issues! I bought 14 items off this seller! The amount of stains (not pointed out) and hair/dog hair stuck to the clothing was insane. If I could send the whole package back and get my money back I would. Every item pretty much had something wrong with it (except the brand new items) i really was so excited to receive this package and it was just a complete let down. Seller is very sweet, but I don’t think I would purchase from her again. As a seller myself i recommend looking over each item closely and disclosing any defects with the item to ensure customer satisfaction. I understand most of the clothes come from the bins, but nothing was decent, if I seen the flaws with the items I would have never purchased anything in the first place. Amazing !!! I actually have never written one, but when the item came in it was the wrong item and the item I did receive was so dirty and with so much piling i immediately threw it in the garbage. I hate to write this, but this was a terrible experience and money was lost. Also, I think it took about 3 weeks for the wrong item to come in. item took a long time to ship would have been nice to get a update on shipping. but item was nice! Love the prices and been shopping Lilly’s shows for a while now. I totally get things come from the bins and can’t always be in the best condition, but I think more transparency is needed about conditions or more care taken when choosing items for the show. The jacket is great and I got it for a good price but had a good amount of dog hair and a coupler dark spots I’m not sure will come off in the wash. It took 2 weeks to ship out. RUN AWAY. Items are not described as well as they should be. Receiving items it bad condition with stains and hair. Ship times are 2-3 weeks! Ship times are SO bad. Expect 2-3 weeks for your items.
