This is unfortunate as all orders are shipped appropriately well packaged. I haven't had a complaint like this before.. If anything arrived damaged or in the condition not shown then I'm sure you would have photos or some type of evidence that will allow me to assist you resolving this. It would have been prudent to have reached out first with pictures of the package instead of posting the review before open communicationcould be had.
