As a seller myself, I contacted Lisa directly as a courtesy and provided photos. At her request, I contacted Whatnot Support, offered to return the dress, and my refund was approved.
I was surprised to later find that Lisa had blocked me. I respect that it is her page and her decision, but I would caution against responding this way to buyers who respectfully bring legitimate concerns to you.
I won’t leave a negative review based on her actions, as I’m only responsible for mine. I wish blessings upon your business venture.

However, I provided full refund to the dress at your request . I did not argue about it. I just provided a refund. As for this review it is really a passive aggressive negative hiding as a five star.
I make mistakes and I own them. As for being blocked, that is my call and my call only. With your response, it looks like I made the best decision for me .
