There was a power outage at the regional USPS facility back in late May that basically messed up operations for months after. This seller did what she was supposed to and shipped in a timely manner but USPS lost both orders of mine that were a week apart. I was fully refunded for both and the seller communicated well. Sad I never received my orders but that was 100% the postal service’s fault. As a seller I have also not had great experiences with them sitting in packages for weeks or just losing them all together so I understand how frustrating this is for a seller. The people blaming the seller like she could somehow fabricate the shipping scans are just ridiculous. I will buy from her again! Hopefully USPs gets their act together in the meantime! Such high end products. The post office did have an issue and this seller was on it right away to get it resolved. When the package arrived everything was packaged perfectly. Love all my products and ordered more!!!

MUCH LOVE ❤️ Never got my orders. First, it took the seller 8 days to ship. Then has been stuck in “accepted” ever since- over a month later. While I get sellers can’t help what happens after accepted, it still took 8 days to ship so that’s the reason for 3 stars. Thankfully, WhatNot gave me my money back. SO YOU RECEIVED YOUR MONEY PLUS THE ORDER?! DID I NOT KEEP CONSTANT COMMUNICATION WITH YOU? THAT IS WHAT WHATNOT ADVISES THE SELLERS TO DO IF ORDERS ARE GOING TO BE DELAYED FOR ANY REASON. I DON'T WIN FOR LOSE! I CANNOT CONTROL THE SHIPPING BUT THE SELLERS ALWAYS GET THE BAD REVIEWS FOR IT. PEOPLE ARE SO CRUEL & MATERIALISTIC THESE DAYS. I'M SO VERY SORRY YOU HAD TO WAIT 8 DAYS. This sweet seller goes above and beyond for her buyers. USPS lost my package, she put in countless hours calling USPS. My package did finally get delivered. I so appreciated everything that she did. It was clear by the USPS scan, She did take my package to the post office by her. And it was lost by USPS. Her packaging is the absolute best packaging from any seller hands-down From What Not. And I have purchased everything off of Whatnot. I will be back over and over to shop with her. Disclaimer: I never received my order, so this review is not a reflection of product quality. Ordered a makeup palette 7/1 and eventually received a refund on 7/23 from Whatnot due to non-shipment. I was patient for 3 weeks as seller communicated a number of excuses for not shipping (hospitalization, poor hired help, mislabeled packages). When I inquired about a refund - seller mentioned USPS "issues." However, my item was never shipped AT ALL, so this raised a red flag. Seller then asked to refund me via a third party platform, Zelle, which was a major red flag. I contacted Whatnot who processed a refund. BUYER BEWARE. How are you leaving a review of you didn't receive your order? That's very odd!!! I'm honestly tired of defending myself! I have not faltered from the truth. I've been completely forthcoming & honest with all my customers but it's apparent that people are materialistic and do not care when something tragic happens in ones life. If it directly impacts them then it matters I guess! I pray no one has to ever endure what I've had to go thru.!! DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY. I spent hundreds of dollars with this seller. My first order arrived with missing items. My second order took 22 days to arrive and only contained 1 of the 3 items I purchased—the mascara. The YSL Plush and Huda Beauty blush were missing. My third order has been stuck on "Accepted" for 22 days with no movement. I also purchased multiple Buy It Now items, and none of them arrived. I have tracking history, photos, videos, screenshots, and all of my order details to support everything I've said. If you're thinking about buying from this seller, message me first and I'll gladly share the evidence so you can make your own decision.LADY YOUR LYING! YOU RECEIVED THE HUDA PALETTE! I filmed my unboxing, and 1 of my 3 purchased items (BIN) was missing. Based on this experience, I would not trust or recommend this seller.It's really ironic how you lie! I DID NOT BLOCK YOU! MAKE UP ALL THE LIES YOU WANT LADY! You jumped the gun & sent my customers messages saying I scammed you but yet you received your order! you received a NEW 2 PACK OF THE PREVAGE 2.0 FOR $31 BUT I'M THE SCAMMER! THIS WORLD IS EVIL & CORRUPT! YOU RECEIVED YOUR ITEMS & WANT TO SAY YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE. CAN'T PLEASE EVERYONE THAT'S CLEAR! Packaging didn’t update on usps for over a week and it was stuck on “label created.” I reached out to the seller and she was very nice and communicative and said she’d keep an eye on it! I just received my package today so if you buy from her and run into the same problem, just be patient. Your item will most likely be delivered!I'm so very thankful for all my beautiful ladies and the support that you all have given me not to mention the patience & understanding you all bestowed. I placed 3 orders and all were stuck on "Accepted" for 20 days. One finally arrived missing the most expensive item (Huda Beauty Loose Powder Duo). The seller blocked me for no reason, and I've seen other buyers report similar issues. Something doesn't seem right, especially since the Buy It Now items were never shown on the live and one of them was never properly shipped. I still have 2 orders worth over $400 that I'm waiting on. Buy at your own risk.First of all I didn't block you and second everything was included & packaged properly in your orders. I would have clearly sent a replacement for you even though I know everything was shipped correctly. Thirdly every item in my shop has been shown in my live shows! You clearly seen for yourself that your items were scanned & accepted but that's my fault. It's very unfortunate that sellers are blamed for shipping issues. At the beginning you said I never sent your items but now that they were located & sent to you your still blaming me. Justt can't please some people. Good things come to those who wait on USPS!
