I’m so sorry that your order arrived with a bent backing card, I do wrap orders in bubble wrap and send in bubble mailers, but unfortunately I can’t guarantee what happens after USPS is in possession of the order 😓 Also, I did not see any bubbles in the pin but if you’d like to send me a picture of the flaw I’d be happy to try to make things better!
