Will totally buy from you again ❤️ Lizzy is a rockstar! Her customs are unmatched. quick shipping! phenomenal quality! Will buy again and thank you for the little extra gift! Got all my super cute Halloween books within 5 days of purchase! Added them to my baby’s Halloween shelf and love them! Came pa laced beautifully and securely and as described! Literally obsessed 🥹❤️ Tysm! I was one of the last people to purchase in the show. She said she had time for only two more items but instead on running mine and one other she ran two more after that and tried to squeeze 4 of them all in before she had to jump off. I felt very rushed when making my choices unlike the people in the beginning the show who had plenty of time to see different character options and see their patches pinned to their items exactly where they were going to go. It didn’t really seem fair. I should get the same amount of time as everyone else in the show. Customs are a lot of money so if I am paying for custom I should get the same opportunity and time to customize as everyone else. She didn’t even send a picture of it pinned to approve like everyone else did in real time during the show. It wasn’t what I was expecting. I understand your perspective and am very sorry for this experience. In the future I’m going to work on time management and not take on so many at the same time especially close to the time my babysitter needs to leave. In attempt to make sure everyone got what they wanted I rushed the last few orders and I regret that. Thank you so much for the feedback, this is definitely not the experience I want you or anyone to have. great as always! i will say the dot sticker on one of the books ripped a tiny spot underneath on a board book Thanks so much for letting me know about the stickers. I had someone else say it was hard to take them off too so I’m gonna to get some that are an easier to take off! 🫶🏼 LOVE my custom outfit for my little girl. I recommend joining Lizzy’s custom shows. She has so many options and does everything she can to make sure you’re happy with your creation. I wish I could give 10/5! Items arrived nicely packaged, delivered promptly! Thank you! Beautiful ! And just how it was described, love love love! Will definitely be buying again🥰 /users%2F22431028%2Fstore%2F94ec8405-365b-435c-8a5a-115ed265cece.jpeg)
