Reviews (34)My items came in today and honestly it looks better than I expected, it’s sturdy and durable, I can’t wait to wear it a lot! I would recommend and would get more pieces again when I can. One thing I was disappointed of was the packaging, it came in just a piece of plastic and it felt like it was thrown there. I get the price but I feel like if it’s your own made piece, you would want other people to value it and show that it’s precious with how you present it.Hi Charlyne, thank you for your order and I’m glad you’re happy with the items you purchased. Sorry to hear that you are not happy about the packaging. I alway ensure small orders are wrapped well individually in bubble wrap in a padded envelope to prevent breaking (which worked) if the customer hasn’t purchased a luxury gift box that I offer at a discounted price at the end of the show. I’m not able to gift them for free on such small orders at these prices which I hope you can understand . And absolute lies, you and your friend came onto my stream telling me that I need to sell my gold filled jewellery for lower and “take the loss” .. I said no I’m not willing to do that as my jewellery quality is too good and you purchased 2 Gold Plated VINTAGE rings by the designer Susan Caplan. I specified everything in the stream very clearly and items in my shop are all accurately described. I have even messaged you to tell you that the rings are vintage but you don’t want to return the rings, you want a refund and to keep them even though you say they’re poor quality? You told me in the stream this Figaro was 80g and it’s 65gHi there, this is absolutely not true please watch your video receipt back where I said that the Figaro size you ordered was 65grams.
