Glad seller attempted to fix it but never heard back…Hi, as stated in messages previously I’m sorry about the mix up but we couldn’t get ahold of the person who received your item. There was nothing on our end that we could do about it as far as buttons to press or anything, and whatnot refunded your money. I’m not sure what else I could have done to make your experience better, besides apologize again for the mix up.
