Seller admitted the Pro was accidentally sent to another customer and asked me to wait for him to get it back.
I requested a fair partial refund based on the value of the missing items, but the seller only offered $75 by splitting the total evenly, which does not reflect the higher value of the PS4 Pro.
Also paid an additional $50 in shipping after the sale.
Overall, inaccurate order fulfillment and poor resolution.
