Each card was top loaded and in a bag and the shipment was divvied up into several bubble mail layers that were then placed inside a sturdy brown cardboard box. The box was sealed well with tape and clearly labeled. My mail carrier, Hector, had no problem with the box as it was easy to discern where it needed to be delivered. This kid is correct. the card ordered was not in the package. And i apologized for that. but instead of canceling the order, I thew in 5-6 cards in the order that was well over the value of the purchased card.
