Reviews (5)Bad experience with this seller. She generated a label and claimed to have shipped my order but it didn’t come in for nearly a month. During this time I reached out to her multiple times in which she insisted she shipped the item already but would follow up with me. She did not once stay in contact with me, I had to message her over & over to get an update just for her to finally say idk it’s just taking awhile. Come to find out she didn’t even give the post office the items when she told me she did. Their tracking shows they didn’t get it until 23 days after I placed the order. I was patient with her and gave her the opportunity to fix the situation but instead she was dishonest and left me hanging for weeks. Horrible customer service. If you make a mistake own up to it! I would have been understanding and still left a better review had she told me she made an honest mistake and would fix it asap.
