I told her that my purchase reeked of cat urine I took pictures I sent them to her. I do not have any cats never have. It’s the smell was so bad. It’s stunk up my living room. She told me basically that I made that up that that’s impossible well, I don’t know how that is so I’m getting What Not involved. Sending the items to What Not. this is really sad when you try to help someone this is what they do. As a good seller like many of the sellers on here most sellers take responsibility when a customer has an issue with kindness. She does not want to be accountable for this and it really hurt my feelings when I was just trying to tv gc be kind and help out another business owner. I am happy to resolve issues and offered to issue a refund or replace with brand new pieces, but asked you to return them first so I could figure out the issue which you offered, but now refuse to do. I hand wrapped each item & certainly would have noticed any odor. I re-checked all the pieces I have here that were in the same bin as yours and there is no odor, so I can only take responsibility based on what I know. Without your returning them for me to inspect, do not know what might have happened. I gave you my return address so please return as requested, otherwise there is nothing I can do Love all my purchases.
