When I received my wall hanging/ candle holder, the candle holder glass was broken. I informed the seller. She searched to find a duplicate replacement for the glass holder(Amazon). She had the replacement shipped directly to me from Amazon- at her own expense, which came in a 6pak! The fact that she was more concerned about my satisfaction with this order than the expense it cost her to replace it has made me a loyal customer!
