Reviews (1)This was my first purchase from this seller and in all honesty, my experience was not great. I purchased two Coach bags and while one was as described, the other bag was not. The zipper was broken on the bag. It had looked as if the zipper had previously been replaced as well. There was no mention of the issue with the zipper during the live show. Having said that, I completely understand that mistakes happen and things can get missed. So, I brought the issue up to the seller and at first she was very friendly and apologetic. However, while waiting for WN to provide me with the next steps and confirming the return of one of the bags, the seller ended up not being so friendly and tried going back and forth with me about the broken zipper.
