Reviews (1)This was my first purchase from this seller and in all honesty, my experience was not great. I purchased two Coach bags and while one was as described, the other bag was not. The zipper was broken on the bag. It had looked as if the zipper had previously been replaced as well. There was no mention of the issue with the zipper during the live show. Having said that, I completely understand that mistakes happen and things can get missed. So, I brought the issue up to the seller and at first she was very friendly and apologetic. However, while waiting for WN to provide me with the next steps and confirming the return of one of the bags, the seller ended up not being so friendly and tried going back and forth with me about the broken zipper. She was extremely unprofessional which is why I wanted to leave an honest review of my experience. Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry this transaction did not meet your expectations.
For clarity, the order was shipped the next business day and you initially confirmed that the packaging was secure and that you were happy with it. At the time of shipment, both bags matched their live show descriptions, and the zipper in question was functional. The bag features an open-end zipper, which I mentioned to you, I even showed you proof. And you still claimed it was replaced.
