Reviews (872)Delivery was fast, but zero appropriate protection for the cards. To use a bubble mailer and then put the cards only in sleeves is just asking for them to get messed up. I don’t know if condition wasn’t revealed or if these cards were damaged in shipping or both, but they did not come in as “near mint”. Support fixed it, but heed the other reviews and don’t expect your cards to come in packaged well. Shipped in envelope without a Toploader… happy with the card though. My fault for not reading the previous reviews. Basically the same thing. No protection. $40 cards shipped in penny sleeves in bubble envelopes is Not good. Other than that all good. Literally no protection. Even when it’s a givvy what’s the point if the card is going to get damaged? Just throw it away at that point or don’t run givvys. Peace Thrilled as always. Highly recommended. Bid with confidence and excitement. $20 card was just sent in a white envelope with no top loader I’m probably going to be blocked after this review but I’m very disappointed. I purchased 4 cards and won a givvy card. Three of my purchases came in, the givvy card came in, but the 4th card was replaced with the same no value givvy card. I can only assume because I got a good deal because no one else swiped that it was replaced on purpose. The card was Shanks [Alternate Art] OP09-004. It goes around $10 and I bought it for $2. I was very excited about this card and yet they decided to keep it. Integrity for your business regardless if you win should he held high. I’m so disappointed. I will not be back to purchase from here again. I know I will be blocked after this review because that’s what people do. It is what it is. Don’t start $2 bids if you don’t want a card sold at $2. Bought something, reminded them in chat and messaged them and they still forgot. These guys are looking to scam as much as possible, AVOID!! Card was sent in just a penny sleeve in an envelope and was bent in half when I opened it. They also forgot to include cards on a previous order and promised to send them with this order and did not. One of the worst sellers on the app! Keeping $8 sticker on a 60 cent card is crazy especially for someone trying to get into pokemon. But all in all shipped with care and speedy! Would but from again but hopefully stickers get peeled off
I just wish they put my card in top loader when shipped. It was just in penny sleeve got slightly damaged. Cards arrived in great condition sent cards in PWE, WITH NO PROTECTION. Just cards in penny sleeves moving freely in a regular white envelope. My card came unprotected! A penny sleeve in a white envelope. IMO a top loader is the bare minimum. People pay your their hard earned money and you should have a little more respect for your customers than that.
I wasn’t going to leave a less than 5 star rating until I read through reviews and realized this isn’t just a one time mistake. Seller has had multiple complaints about this very issue and has failed to make proper adjustments to ensure his product arrives safe. To me that’s completely disrespectful and unprofessional. If you can’t make adjustments to provide better service than I won’t be spending my money here again.
