Large plate came broken seller hasn’t contacted me back for refund on big plate. Now tell the truth. I responded to your message within 2 hrs of receiving it. It’s the buyers responsibility to initiate a refund when an item arrived damaged. As a seller I don’t have that option. I gladly stated when I receive a refund request on my end I’ll approve it.
