I originally bought 2 certified lab diamonds, the oval was beautiful but seller incorrectly sent a moissanite emerald. WhatNot promptly processed the refund for the moissanite. Even though there was an issue it was resolved quickly. Took way too long, item was mis shipped I get it but still had to hunt down my package and then I had to pay cuzz instead of using ground shipping they were late and expedited my package so I had to pay about 5$ for the packages after paying what not delivery fee
