Be careful with her shows when you are bidding, on screen you might be bidding for something you want but the actual bid is for something different. Very confusing This person cancelled multiple items during show and it did not take a month this is total

Well condition and very fast shipping !🔥 Great show and excellent packaging!!! came as described and perfectly wrapped Shipping left much to be desired…. Package arrived stuffed with random bags and lost items :/ Figured inside box are twisted around. Will have to open to adjust them correctly. The item was wrapped with bubble wrap then tow boxes wrapped around the plastic casing so it would not get damaged in shipping. Then it was placed in big box with protection around that. The figure sits side ways it is not twisted. It is a very large item. So it was double protected to prevent damage. I am sorry you feel like this was not appropriate packaging. Took 13 days to get any tracking info ... except a picture of the lable. Ordered on May 24th ... arrived on June 8th. Things I ordered after this arrived before these. Overall a decent experience. Communication and Shipping leave a bit to be desired.I can not help the postal service. I communicated with customer and packing was provide to have item arrive securely and profession as I am a collector. I take pride in my shipping. Bought one figure it was supposed to be black panther no damages I instead got some gi Joe looking guy with a broken arm wrapped in pee pads The item is what the customer asked for. I did not send pre pads I used padded pads to protect item. The item was not broken when it left. I also asked customer to send pictures of wrong item and broken item but they refused. I reached out the day the review was written and to this day has not responded requested a refund or anything. I am sorry you
