Since the change in management, it’s not what it was when it first started.
Fulfillment has been wildly inconsistent: shipping delays, poor packaging, and I’ve had to pay postage due on more than one occasion because of how orders were sent. The worst part is having items I purchased “lost before shipment,” only to later see those same products turn up and get resold. Others have been asked to repurchase shipping labels to get items they purchased that were misplaced.
I wanted to keep supporting the stream, but at this point it’s hard to trust, especially when others handle their business more professionally. Thanks so much John for all the goodies!
