Reviews (314)Got my order and at first everything looked ok, one glass bottle was smashed during transit but that’s not the sellers fault . When I unwrapped the rest of the glass bath soak the lettering from the bottles was stuck on the tape used to secure the lid. Therefore I am unable to give them as gift! I messaged seller and send all the pictures and I was advised to report it to whatnot for refund as I did. Two days later I was blocked! For giving advice not to tape over the letter of the item because they can come off. Not a nice way to treat someone who tries to help you. Packaging needs improvement as 1kg glass bottles placed at the bottom of flimsy box is not a good idea. Amazing! Packaged perfectly! Thanks so much Luke! Thankyou so much, hope to see you back soon!!
