I ordered a tree topper and waited for it to come in the mail. It did not. Then I got an order cancelation notice saying the tree topper I bought was sold already. In that message from Whatnot she wrote to me saying she was sorry and would send me a different tree topper at no cost to me. Keep in mind, I didnt ask but was so grateful that she was going ro right the wrong. Apparently the message was only to look good to Whatnot as week after week went by so I asked if I should just look for another one and she said yes. Integrity matters as a seller. Because she offered to right the wrong I bought from her again with this order. On top of that, she had said a handmade balloon Santa was guaranteed not dirty and just different colors. When I got it and could see up close it was dirty and discolored. You can clearly tell in person especially on the bottom. Packaging was fine but condition of my purchase was not. Hi Valerie. I’m still on the hunt for a comparable tree topper and have not given up. I’m trying to find one similar to the one in the show. It was an honest mistake, and for that I apologize. I messaged you as soon as I realized it. As far as the Santa ornament. When I inspected it, it most certainly appeared to be a different color string. I can assure you that I describe and show items to the best of my ability. Please message me a photo of it and I’m happy to process a return. This is the first I’m hearing about your disappointment with it. Integrity is extremely important to me as well. Great ornaments and very well packaged!
