I am Charlisa French an Artist and former Art Teacher of more than 25 years.I am a jewelry maker, ceramic artist, painter and sustainable up-cycled clothing designer as well as any other artistic endeavors I decide to try at the moment.My artistic inspiration comes from the picturesque environment around me & the continual metamorphosis experienced through nature.I am influenced by other artists, natural organic shapes, everyday human interaction as well as forms in manmade objects.I especially enjoy using found objects, recycled materials and new to me processes in my artistic endeavors.My newest obsession is making clothing sustainable through up-cycling and giving it a new home to keep it out of our oceans & landfills.
